At Rayc, we take pride in delivering high-quality food products that meet your expectations. We follow strict quality control procedures to ensure our products reach you in excellent condition. However, if you experience any issues, we’re here to help

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of food items, returns are generally not accepted unless:

  • The product was damaged during transit
  • The product is expired or defective at the time of delivery
  • The product received is different from what was ordered

    To be eligible for a return:

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • Clear photos or videos must be provided as proof of damage or discrepancy

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.
  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery), refund will be made via bank transfer after confirmation.
  • Shipping and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or damaged delivery

4. Replacement Policy

  • Eligible items will be replaced at no additional cost.
  • Replacement timelines will depend on product availability and delivery location

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
  • Items purchased under special discounts or clearance sales
  • Opened packaging or partially consumed goods
