We strive to ensure that all product details, including weights, volumes, and specifications, are accurate and updated. However, Rayc reserves the right to modify ingredients, packaging, and product offerings without prior notice in line with quality improvements or market requirements.

- Taxes, duties, and delivery charges (if applicable) will be added at checkout or invoicing.
- Full payment must be made prior to dispatch, unless otherwise agreed upon in a written contract.

4. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
- Goods once sold are not returnable unless damaged in transit or defective.
- Claims for damaged goods must be made within 48 hours of delivery withphotographic evidence.
- We reserve the right to inspect and verify returned goods before approving replacements or refunds.
5. Quality Assurance
We ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations and follow industry best practices in food production. However, storage conditions after delivery are the responsibility of the buyer, and any degradation due to improper storage is not covered under warranty
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including brand name “Rayc,” logos, packaging design, and product names, are the intellectual property of Parbhanand Trading Company and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising out of the use or misuse of our products.
8. Jurisdiction
All disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City, State, Country], and governed by the laws of India.
